How does the barter service work?

The platform provides an exchange service for certain categories of items, or receive a reconditioned product in exchange for the defective product.

Here is how to proceed:

-Buy the exchange from the page of the product concerned

-Assistec will ship the same code, reconditioned and tested, applying the dedicated warranty.

-Once received the item you will have to ship the defective product to Assistec within 5 working days, sending it to:
