The support you need



The device you want, instead of the one you have. If your component is damaged or faulty, you can trade it in for an identical reconditioned product. All our products are tested in our specialised workshop before delivery, and come with a 24-month warranty.

In order to take advantage of this service, the spare part to be replaced must be sent to the Assis-tec Srl headquarters within 5 working days. Otherwise an additional amount of 40% will be charged.

What to do:
1. Order the trade-in service from the site;
2. Assis-tec receives the order and ships it;
3. You receive the reconditioned product;
4. Ship the faulty product to:
42019 – SCANDIANO – RE
(NB: Indicate RETURN FOR TRADE-IN and the order number on the Transport Note)


Repair is easy and convenient. Our internal workshop can make your faulty product as good as new in just 3 working days. At the end of the repair, the product is tested to ensure it works properly and a 24-month warranty seal is applied.

3. Assis-tec performs the repairs and functioning tests;
4. You receive the part in perfect working order.



The right product to restart. Our spare parts service will provide you with the part you need to restart production, with a 12-month warranty from the manufacturer. What's more, integration with your operational management system means you're always up to date on availability and prices, so you can reduce waiting times.
