How does the repair service work?

-Once we have received your product at our Assistec workshop, our technicians will carefully examine the CNC to identify the fault or alarm declared.

-From receipt of the goods and identification of the fault, we will send the repair estimate within a maximum of 2 days.

-Approved the estimate, our technicians will carry out the necessary repair, check all functions by performing the test on the test bench, to ensure correct operation.
