How does the repair service work?

Once the product has arrived at our Assistec workshop, our technicians will carefully examine the numerical control unit to identify the fault or alarm reported.

Within a maximum of 2 days of receiving the goods and identifying the fault, we will send you a repair quotation.

Once the quotation has been approved, our technicians will carry out the necessary repairs and check all functions by testing the unit on a test bench to ensure it is working correctly.

The repaired product is covered by a 12-month warranty.
