How does the Repair service work?

Once we have received your product at our Assistec workshop, our technicians will carefully examine the numerical control unit to identify the reported fault or alarm.

Within a maximum of 2 days of receiving the goods and identifying the fault, we will send you a repair quotation.

Once the quotation has been approved, our technicians will carry out the necessary repairs and verify all functions by testing the unit on the test bench to ensure it is working correctly.

Repaired product comes with a 12-month warranty.
