To be able to make the return of an article it is necessary that it is NOT more than 10 (ten) days from the date of purchase, and the approval by Assistec srl.

After obtaining the consent of Assistec, to be entitled to reimbursement, you will need to return the items, according to the following conditions:

-Items should not be removed from the original packaging

-must be rendered under the same conditions as the customer received them

-the guarantee seal must not have been removed

-Items will be returned to Assistec at the customer’s care, expense and risk.

CNC repair center gives the possibility to choose three solutions for the reception of the material:

-Withdrawal in office -> You will be the one to show up at the headquarters of Assistec srl for the withdrawal of the order

-Shipping with your courier agreement -> providing the name and subscription code of your courier agreement we will ship the material, the courier will charge you the shipping costs.

The couriers that you can use are: BRT, GLS, TNT and DHL 

-Shipping with our courier agreement: We take charge of the shipment, charging the shipping costs directly to the invoice.

-Express shipping on the same day: a person in charge will deliver the material directly to the office indicated by you, by the end of the day. ( Only for orders confirmed by 12.00 on the same business day, the cost of transport must be calculated for the total of kilometers per round trip. The service is subject to the distance of the chosen destination)

Inside the Assistec headquarters, there is a repair laboratory, specialized in Fanuc and Mitsubishi components.

To book the repair you must:

-search on the site the component that you intend to repair, through the menu or by manufacturer code,

-purchase the repair service

Our technicians will carry out repairs and tests of correct operation in 2/3 working days, and the repaired product will be returned to you

The platform provides an exchange service for certain categories of items, or receive a reconditioned product in exchange for the defective product.

Here is how to proceed:

-Buy the exchange from the page of the product concerned

-Assistec will ship the same code, reconditioned and tested, applying the dedicated warranty.

-Once received the item you will have to ship the defective product to Assistec within 5 working days, sending it to:
